Story about Communication Problems.....

Hi reader,

In this blog, I am going to tell you a story which I liked very much and it will add value to your life. Story about communication and gossip. Most of us have problem with communication to other like me. I like doing work, but I can't do proper communication with other or express it. It's story about the domino effect of rumors and gossip.

Story:

Let us assume, there was a village with only two streets. One of them was named as South and the other North. They were separated by tall buildings that had no windows at back except at the back of the street.

It is like apartment without balcony and windows. Most of people in the city mostly walked only on their own street where they lived and were rarely going to the other one. But one day, someone went across the street. The people living on the other side noticed there were tears in their eyes. They didn't know that this person's act would make them big reaction like they weren't wanted, but it did happen. And causing a domino effect that would end up destroying the city or life.

Power of Rumors:

The rumors and gossip started with guessing like “Someone has probably died on the south street!” or "Something horror must happen to him". So that's everyone in North street started crying or feeling sad about the south street. The rumor also soon grew and grew, and the residents of the North street were soon convinced that their neighbors had some gross misfortune. They were reluctant to ask questions, even though no one knew what had happened. So everyone assumed that the neighbors were in big trouble. They got more scared and cried louder.

Residents of the South street heard the cries from those on the North and started panicking. They were convinced that a war had started, and would soon reach their own street. "We'll all die!” they cried over one another. All the citizens on South Street decided to leave immediately in order to protect themselves and their loved ones from the imminent disaster. When the people who were crying loudly on the North street noticed that the other street was empty they became even more scared. They remembered how a man was crying & had eventually died. And because of those rumors, they concluded that everyone had died from some epidemic or disease and were too afraid to go to South street to find out if it was true. So the people living on North also ran away.

Rumors kept swirling about why the people from various communities had suddenly abandoned their homes. The king, who lived near this city, was curious as to what might have caused the sudden exodus. However, considering that he had other cities that he was ruling over, he didn't want to take any risks and send somebody to check on the situation. If any of those rumors happened to be true, they could have brought about some form of disease to his city.

Centuries have passed since then. All that's left of that city is ruins. There are villages on both sides of the city, where inhabitants from generation to generation pass the legend of how there was a time when everyone needed to leave it in order to save themselves from a terrible catastrophe.

Reality what happened?

If someone from the North street is trying to speaking to the other person from the South street, inquired what happened that day. And if they had just asked him that, they would have known the real story. The teary-eyed man was on his way to the nearest market to buy some fresh vegetables for a dinner party. He was running because he was in the middle of preparing a big family dinner where he would host his parents and the parents of his wife, and he found out that he was missing a couple of ingredients. He didn't want to go back empty handed so while sniffling away, he pulled up his shirt.

When he realized he was missing a couple ingredients while doing a chopping onions and started to panic. In his haste, he forgot to clean his hands before running out of the house. While he was running away from home, he simple touch his eyes with his hands. Then he started crying because of the onions that had already been chopped on the counter, a neighbor stopped him and inquired about what had happened. As he continued to wipe his tears, he also continued to cry and soon started crying hard. Tears were running down the onion juice that was left on his hands and they weren’t washed before he went to the market.

Conclusion:

Communication is necessary for the success of relationships whether it's between two people or a group. A community should be open and transparent so rumors and gossip don't destroy it.

Fear makes people do some pretty terrible things and it can lead to a person struggling to ask the important questions they need answers for. Don't worry, we're here to help!

Seven Finance Hacks to Help You Make Better Decisions

Hi Reader, Successful investment is dependent on both mental fortitude and a strong financial strategy. Investors are frequently victims of a variety of cognitive biases, which, in addition to explaining our emotionally charged actions, result in underperforming investments and missed opportunities. This blog has now covered a few prejudices. So, in this blog, we'll look at several mental hacks and short tools that every investor may apply right now to boost their financial professional and even personal decision-making abilities. The term reframing simply refers to a shift of viewpoint, or assessing a situation in a new light. For example, suppose you are the owner of a building with an old elevator. Your natural instinct would be to think like a product guy and either mak...
